This song was written in three stages: the verses came a long time ago, then I found a chorus which changed the rhythm and then the middle section came about because Richard said I needed something to lift it in the middle. The song is a pure country ballad, and the piano makes the song sound like an old 60's country song
lyrics
I’ll Be Loving You
Chorus
Oh! I’ll be loving you, every day and every night
Oh! I’ll be loving you, ‘cos loving you’so right
You got me so I can’t even talk
The way you move the way you smile
The way you laugh just makes me sigh
Getting high on loving you
You lift me up when I feel down
You turn me on you turn me round
You’re the early morning sky
Getting high on loving you
Chorus
You take me were I ain’t ever been
You fill my night to make my day
I can’t sleep and I wonder why
Getting high on loving you
Middle
I know it’s not the same, when you’re there I feel no pain
And my heart just reaches for you and heaven is in my soul
I feel I’m lost I can’t explain
Each passing day I hold you near
In my dreams I’ll always try
To get high on loving you
Chorus
